SYNPHOS - Zinc Phosphide
SYNPHOS is a powerful time-tested rodenticide containing Zinc Phosphide as the active ingredient. Rodenticide is a substance used to kill rodents such as house mouse, rats and bandicoots . The mode of action of a rodenticide is by ingestion. Therefore most common rodenticides have certain drawbacks such as bait shyness, requirement of multiple dosages and high consumption to reach toxic levels. Zinc Phosphide is one of the rodenticides which have been effective in countering these drawbacks.

Zinc Phosphide is an inorganic chemical used to control rats, mice, ground squirills, gophers and feral rabbits. It is used on crop as well as non-crop areas including lawns, golf courses and areas adjacent to wetlands. SYNPHOS - Zinc Phosphide is especially processed for use in baits as an ideal single-dose poison. Upon ingestion it reacts with the acids in the gastointestinal tracts and produces phosphine which enters the blood stream. Phosphine gas is highly toxic, therefore mortality is certain. SYNPHOS has exceptional efficacy coupled with very low bait-shyness, provided proper pre-baiting & baiting process is carried out. SYNPHOS is potent for over 2 years and can be stored indefinitely if kept free of moisture and in its original packing.
